How do I set an assignment?
- Log in to the SMSTC website.
- Go to "My SMSTC".
- Under "My current modules" you will find links to the modules you are currently teaching on.
- Click through to the module page.
- Go to the "Assessments" tab.
- Click "Add assessment" and fill in the form. Note that
- "Is electronic submission?" should be ticked if you want students to submit online (recommended).
- "Is final grade?" should not be ticked.
- "Can students view results?" should not be ticked.
- You should also upload the assignment questions to the Resources tab (preferably under a category "Assessments" or "Assignments"): see "How do I upload material for a module?"
