Venue

The second SMSTC symposium takes places at ICMS, 15 South College Street, Edinburgh, EH8 9AA - view map. At the venue you need to buzz to get in. Registration takes place in the Chapterhouse, which is immediately to the right as you enter the building.

 

Registration

PhD students following SMSTC are welcome to register for the event. Please find the registration form through MySMSTC. The registration form will close on 12 February 2012.

 

Travel reimbursement

Students will need to claim back travel costs from their respective Universitites. Please speak to your supervisor if you do not know whom to contact within the department. SMSTC staff can claim travel reimbursement through ICMS. Forms are available at registration or from Helene Frossling.

 

Public lecture

If you wish to attend the public lecture only (i.e. not the full day) please contact Helene Frossling to be added to the list.
